UXB Music Promotion & Sounds of the Suburbs Records present:
Clobber: are a Punk/Hardcore band hailing from London, the band first shared a room together in August 2021 and wasted no time writing, recording and booking shows to make up for the time lost in lockdown. The members have played in various punk/hardcore bands over the last decade (PINTS, 50 caliber, War Crimes to name a few) and decided to make their mark in true DIY fashion, playing their first show in a self organised, gutted barber shop in Soho, Central London with a rented PA and a heap of rowdy mates and curious onlookers.
“When punk came back post pandemic it came back faster, harder and wilder than ever before. Embracing the DIY ethos of “you can play by your own rules”, as well as literally anywhere, the London Punk outfit saw their debut show unleash storm-sized chaos in a SOHO Barbershop, cementing their name in the UK punk scene with one hell of a stomp.” – Discovered Magazine (Sept issue 2021)
The Tribal Rites of the New Friday Night EP focuses on the relatable events and effects of lockdown, the pandemic and the ongoing threat to the live music industry, compiled into four fast paced, explosive, no bullshit anthems. The EP is currently available on all major streaming platforms setting CLOBBER up to smash through the UK hardcore and punk scene in the new year with no apologies in sight.
Skum. The worlds shittest punk band!
