☆Roman Jugg☆ began his career in the Welsh punk band Victimize in the late 1970s.
An acquaintance of Paul Gray, Jugg was originally hired in late 1981, recording various projects for The Damned, Naz Nomad and the Nightmares and David Vanian and the Phantom Chords. Jugg’s alias during his Naz gigs was Sphinx Svenson.
After Captain Sensible left The Damned in 1984, Jugg moved from keyboards to main guitar and became a full member,on the studio albums Phantasmagoria (1985) and Anything (1986).
After the 1989 breakup of The Damned he continued to work with Dave Vanian and Bryn Merrick, forming The Phantom Chords.[ A studio album called David Vanian and the Phantom Chords was released in 1995.
In May 2004, after a nine-year absence, Jugg released a new solo album called Papa Loco.

☆The Headhunters☆
Raucous rock’n’roll at its best!
The band was formed by Jez Miller on guitar and vocals, Ray Birch on bass and Ozzie on drums.
The above trio have served time as Damned/Lords of the New Church guitarist Brian James band and also backed ex Heartbeaker Walter Lure, as his UK Waldos.
Ray Birch and Oz were the rhythm section in Birmingham’s favourite rock’n’rollers Gunfire Dance, which is how they first made Brian’s acquaintance, with Rat and him taking on production duties for their Ultra Under 7″ vinyl release. When Brian needed fresh blood for the Brian James Gang, he merely had to cast his eye up the M6. Gunfire Dance have recently had a career retrospective album released on Easy Action Records, which has garnered great reviews. The was completed when the trio joined forces with guitarist Martyn Nelson from fellow Brummie glam rockers King Adora, who achieved considerable national and international success in the early 2000s.
The Headhunters set consists of self-penned originals, but given their pedigree, you may well hear the occasional familiar ditty…

Formed in Deptford fun city in 1999 by a bunch of punk survivors and misfits with a love of raw punk n roll; it’s our 26th Year too! Not pure punk like Ramones, nor New Wavey-doodle rock’nroll like Talking Heads. Think The Heartbreakers!
