Cal, Conor, Merlon, Harvey, Louis and Joey all grew up around same town on the South East London/Kent borders, and are bound together by making music.
All talented musicians in their own right, but when they play together something really cool happens. They have very diverse eclectic music tastes, giving them a sound all their own, which is maturing and developing as they grow. A modern- day love song swimming in melancholic nostalgia…Landing somewhere in the middle of Radiohead and Arctic Monkeys.
As good live as they are in the studio! With Conor and Harvey’s infectious indie guitar melodies, Merlon and Joey’s driving rhythm section, Louis blissful keyboards and Cal’s exquisitely, distinctive vocal, audiences seem to fall in love when they see them in the flesh and keep coming back.
2023 was their formative year as a band, playing venues such as The Star in Shoreditch, The Water Rats in Kings Cross, Justine’s in Margate to growing crowds and appreciation of their live performances. They signed off the year with a performance at The Fiddler’s Elbow in Camden to ecstatic appreciation, leaving the crowd wanting more!
During 2023 the band also released their debut single ‘So Many Ways’ in June, followed up by ‘Over Again’ in early October, collecting more followers along the way.
The band has been hard at work in studio with 3 single releases scheduled for 2024 showcasing their blossoming songwriting talent, Including Promises released in April with a great guitar hook, soaring synths and a strong, yet beautifully vulnerable vocal. They have already played sold out shows this year at London’s The Macbeth and 93 Feet East. As a band they are ready seize opportunities to reach a wider audience and those audiences will love them.
