Following on from the success of Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong’s version of their hit, ‘War Stories’, Belfast Punk Band, The Starjets return to the home of their first ever London performance, the Hope And Anchor, Islington. The Hope & Anchor has hosted a legion of talent over the decades, including The Clash, The Cure, The Jam, The Police, Dire Straits, Elvis Costello, The Specials, The Stranglers, The Damned, Dr Feelgood, Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox, XTC and Madness. Support is by the mesmerising acoustic duo, The Starduet featuring Damon Albarn’s favourite violinist, Antonia Pagulatos. The Christmas season will be upon us. A fantastic night’s music is guaranteed.
